Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with AG Communications Limited as operator of the online casino services provided under the Kings profile on the website located at https://kingsgam.com (the "Website") for players in Great Britain. By opening an account, accessing, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The services are provided under the "Kings" brand for Great Britain-based users through AG Communications Limited, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39483. For players outside Great Britain, services may be operated under separate licences (including Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/148/2007 held by Aspire Global International LTD) and different terms, which are not covered by this document.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Registration

User obligations and account security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration data and any information supplied during the lifetime of your Account remains truthful, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify us of any changes.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account in connection with Kings on the Website. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be closed, with balances handled in accordance with these Terms.
  • Credentials: You must keep your username, password and other security credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activities and transactions carried out using your credentials unless we have failed to take reasonable care to keep your Account secure.
  • Unauthorised access: You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission or used in any unauthorised way. We may suspend the Account while we investigate.
  • AML and affordability: You agree that we may perform ongoing monitoring, affordability assessments and AML checks, and that we may request further information at any time. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds where required by law or regulation.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets and game rules

  • Acceptance of bets: A Bet is accepted once it is confirmed by our servers and appears in the relevant game history or transaction log. If there is a discrepancy between your device and our systems, the data recorded on our servers prevails.
  • Stakes, limits and currencies: Each Game has minimum and maximum stakes set by us and/or the game provider. Unless stated otherwise, Bets are placed and settled in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change stake limits or impose individual account limits for safer gambling or risk management reasons.
  • Game-specific rules: The rules, payout tables and special features for each Game are available within the Game interface. By placing a Bet you accept the applicable Game rules in addition to these Terms.
  • Randomness and fairness: RNG (random number generator) Games and live casino streams are provided by licensed suppliers and are tested for fairness by independent testing bodies where required. Results are determined by the applicable technology and cannot be influenced by you or our staff.

Cancellation, errors and malfunctions

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game round has started, you cannot cancel or modify that Bet, except where the Game rules specifically allow it.
  • Operator errors: If a Bet is accepted or a payout is made in error (for example due to an obvious mistake in odds, Game configuration, or a technical fault), we may void the Bet and rectify your balance to the position it would have been in without the error. Any winnings paid as a result of such error are considered void and must be repaid upon request.
  • Malfunctions: In the event of a Game malfunction or interruption that prevents completion of a round, the affected round may be voided and the original stake returned, or the round may be restored from our records, in accordance with the relevant Game rules. Malfunction may void all pays and plays.

Conduct in live casino and chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards other Players, live dealers and our staff. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour in chat or any communication channel is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited practices: You must not engage in collusion, use bots or automated play systems, attempt to manipulate Game outcomes, exploit software bugs, share confidential information about other Players, or participate in any fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Monitoring and sanctions: We may monitor chat and Game activity and record sessions to ensure compliance with these rules and regulatory obligations. We may mute chat, restrict access to Games, suspend or close your Account, void Bets and withhold funds where we reasonably suspect breach of these rules or any unlawful activity.

Bonus Terms

Bonus activation and wagering

  • Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or Promotion offered in connection with Kings on kingsgam.com is subject to these Terms and the specific terms shown in the relevant offer description, on the Website or at https://kingsgam.com/info/bonus-policy/. In case of conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail.
  • Activation: To receive a Bonus you may be required to opt in, enter a bonus code, or meet specified eligibility criteria (such as a minimum deposit or Bet). Some Bonuses are available only once per Player, household, payment method, IP address or device.
  • Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any associated winnings generally cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement stated in the relevant offer has been fully met within the stated timeframe. Bets placed using restricted stakes or on excluded Games do not count towards wagering.
  • Time limits: Bonuses, free spins and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry dates (for example a Bonus may expire if wagering is not completed within a specified number of days). Expired Bonuses and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Prohibited games and bonus abuse

  • No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. We may withdraw, amend or refuse any Bonus offer where required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Combining promotions

  • One offer at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus or Promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. You may not combine multiple Promotions in a way that results in overlapping wagering requirements unless we explicitly permit it.
  • Order of use: Where you have both real money and Bonus funds in your balance, the order in which they are used is determined by the applicable bonus rules displayed on the Website. Generally, real money is used before Bonus funds, but specific Promotions may provide otherwise.

Deposit methods and rules

Limitation of Liability

Operator responsibilities

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

Termination & Suspension

Operator's rights
